Isabel Marie Sanchez, born in Chicago, Illinois, is 12 years young who now resides in San Antonio, Texas and Attends the Young Women’s Leadership Academy. Isabel is an up and coming performer who began singing at the young age of two. Currently working on her album but privileged to have worked on her first single and have it produced by Gabriel Zavala. Her second single soon to be released on iTunes is produced by Grammy award producer Danny Zapata of DbStudios.
Isabel is known for her powerful voice and wide range that has been featured on many local television shows such as Great Day SA, San Antonio Living and Daytime@nine and most recently a participant on La Voz kids where she received a 3 chair turn and standing ovation from the judges as well as the audience. She was also a contestant and 1st place winner on Sabado Gigante, One of the nation’s longest running Spanish-language television programs. Has been invited to New York and to perform the United States National Anthem for the 2014 National LULAC Convention. Was also invited Last year by People en Espanol to sing the National Anthem and present Don Fransisco the Icon of the year Award and sing at his tribute.
She has had the honor to perform The National Anthem for many dignitaries among them being Mayor Julian Castro, Senator Wendy Davis and Senator Leticia Van de Putte and also at the Fiesta Kick off at the Alamo last year. Isabel was invited back to perform her single this year and Also as a special request by the Flambeau Association to serenade Mr. John Quinones at their Gala.
She has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with many great artist such as Micheal Salgado, Patsy Torres, Ram Herrera, Massore, Javier Galvan, Los Desperadoz, Elida Reyna to name a few.
Her biggest vocal influences are Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Selena and Lola Beltran. She loves to sing a variety of music.
